Adjust the machine parameters, that is, the grinding amount, the pressing width, the transmission speed and the air pressure value of each polishing wheel when polishing is required. 2. Trial grinding: a piece of glass with the same type and thickness as the glass to be ground shall be used for trial grinding to check whether the grinding amount, front and rear chamfers and edge grinding quality meet the requirements. If they do not meet the requirements, readjust them until they are satisfactory, and confirm the parameters. 3. Load glass edging. 4. Check the edging quality and adjust the machine parameters appropriately. 5. The polished glass shall be moved to the designated glass shelf and labeled. clean 1. First take 2 pieces of similar glass with the same thickness for tempering, and check whether the tempering effect meets the requirements. 4. Loading glass is tempered. 5. The tempered glass shall be carefully inspected, and the qualified products shall be transported to the designated glass shelf.
