1. The primary air supply is insufficient, resulting in poor combustion. You can solve this problem by adjusting the damper plate and increasing the area of the air inlet, which can generally change the flame from yellow to blue. 2. The air door passage is blocked. There are carbon deposits, rust, spider webs and other dirt in the ejector tube, which will also affect the ejector capacity and cause yellow fire. At this time, remove the carbon deposits, rust, spider webs and other dirt in the ejector, and yellow fire can be eliminated. 3. The nozzle bore is too large. The size of nozzle aperture is different according to different gas sources. If the aperture is too large, the gas flow will exceed the rated flow, resulting in yellow fire. When the oxygen is seriously insufficient, black smoke will also be generated. In this case, only replace the nozzle applicable to the air source. 4. The nozzle is not concentric with the ejector. Adjust the installation position of ejectors so that their centers are on one axis. 5. The burner has dirt, dust or water vapor. 6. When liquefied gas is used to the bottom of the bottle, yellow fire will also occur. This is because when the liquefied gas is used up, the content of heavy components such as (C5) in the cylinder increases, and it is not easy to gasify. The gas volume during combustion is too large, so the inlet damper must be adjusted in time to eliminate yellow fire. 7. Yellow fire may also be caused by unstable gas quality.
